About Me

I'm a mother, a podcaster, and someone who spent the first year of motherhood wondering why nobody warned me. I started this podcast in my kitchen, whispering into a microphone while my daughter slept on my chest — because the truth needed somewhere to go.

My Vision

I believe every mother deserves to feel less alone in the overwhelm. This podcast exists to normalize the raw, the real, and the ridiculously beautiful chaos of early motherhood — one honest conversation at a time.

My Daughter

She is the reason this all exists — and the reason I lost myself, then found a truer version of who I am. Her first year was my undoing and my becoming, both at once. She taught me that love this fierce is also terrifying, and that's exactly what makes it sacred.

My Motivation

To tell the truth. Because when I finally heard another mother say "me too" — it changed everything. I want to be that voice for someone sitting alone at 3am, wondering if they're doing it wrong. You're not. None of us are.
